Contest Rules for Royal Crown Revue "The Contender" - Autographed CD's

Eligibility. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. CONTEST OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. IF YOU ARE NOT A RESIDENT OF THESE AREAS, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE, AND GREAT AMERICAN MERCANTILE CO.,INC., SIEGEL'S CLOTHING SUPERSTORE, ZOOTSUITSTORE.COM, SWINGTUNES.COM ("SPONSOR") RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO AWARD PRIZES TO ENTRANTS WHO RESIDE IN OTHER JURISDICTIONS.

To be eligible to win the Royal Crown Revue autographed prizes, entries must be completed and received by the Sponsor completing the entry forms in entirety. Directors, officers and employees of Sponsor and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate families of each are not eligible to win any prizes. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Offer void where prohibited. No mechanically or electronically reproduced entries will be accepted. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail accou nt, which may be identified by reverse domain name search. In the event of any dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail address from which the e-mail was sent.

2.Disclaimer. Sponsor, all participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.

3.Contest Period. Each Contest period is for one (1) full calender month, beginning at 12:01AM on the first (1st) day of the calendar month through 11:59PM on the last and final day of the calendar month. (The "Deadline"). All entries must be received by the Deadline to be eligible to win the prize.

4. Prizes. Contest prizes will be autographed copies of the new Royal Crown Revue CD, "The Contender", with a value of $50.00. Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. WINNERS WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING, HANDLING, INSURANCE AND TRANSPORTATION COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH DELIVERY OF ANY PRIZE, WHICH WILL NOT EXCEED $20.00 WITHOUT THE WINNER'S CONSENT.

All prizes will be awarded. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within fourteen (14) days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. Limit one prize per household or address per week. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).

5.How to Enter. Entries must be completed and received by Siegel's Clothing Superstore by Signing up and entering the contest at (web page address of entry form). Only one entry per person per weekly contest will be accepted. Each weekly contest begins as a new contest, and thus, all entrants must re-enter each weekly contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. To enter complete sign up to enter form with your first name, last name, e-mail address, and zip code. Along with other information, all entrants must enter a valid and current electronic mail (e-mail) address for themselves on the Sign Up To Enter form. The winner will be notified via the e-mail address included on their bidder account. Absolutely no phone, mail-in, or entries other will be accepted. It is not necessary to purchase any products in order to participate in the promotion, nor is it necessary to be present in order to win the prize. All entries become the exclusive property of Siegel's Clothing Superstore.

6. Contest Rules. Winners will be notified by e-mail by December 31, 2005. To claim a prize, winners should follow the instructions contained in their notification.

7.General Release. By entering the Contest, you release Sponsor, participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

8.Selection of Prize. Actual CD, color, and features of the Royal Crown Revue CD, "The Contender" awarded shall be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion and may vary from photos or descriptions used in print, radio or television advertising, and in electronic and web banner advertising including the Sponsor web site.

9.Use of Winner's Name, Likeness, etc. Except where prohibited by law, entry into the contest constitutes permission to use winners' name, address, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. As a condition of being awarded any prize, except where prohibited by law, winners may be required to execute a consent to the use of their name, address, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.

10.Affidavit & Release. As a condition of being awarded any prize, winners will be required to execute and deliver to Sponsor a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability.

11. Winner List; Rules Request. For a statement identifying the Contest winner, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope after December 31, 2005 and before March 30, 2006 to Sponsor at the address listed below, Attn.: Royal Crown Review Winner List. 13.Miscellaneous. The Contest and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the United States. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Contest or any entrant's participation in the Contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Contest or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Contest as planned. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Contest or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Contest or any other entrant (in each case as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Contest.
